Standard P365, factory 10 round magazine
Standard grip module. Works with both the .380 ACP and 9mm factory 10 round magazines. Replaces the small factory extension and adds approximately .7 inch (18mm) of length to your frame, about .4 inch more than the factory extension.
MagGuts +2 kit for the P365 10 round magazine, standard micro-compact grip module
Replaces the baseplate that comes with the MagGuts kit with a longer one for your pinky. Magazine and kit not included.
MagGuts +2 kit for the P365 10 round magazine, Wilson Combat standard width grip module
Same idea, shaped to match the slightly wider Wilson Combat profile. Replaces the baseplate that comes with the MagGuts kit with a longer one. Magazine and kit not included.
Magpul AMAG XMacro magazine in a standard Wilson Combat P365 grip module
This is an adapter sleeve, not a pinky extension. It fills the gap between that magazine and the grip module. It is not for Sig factory magazines.

- The pinky extensions above are for the standard micro-compact and Wilson Combat standard width grip modules only. They will not work with P365X, XL, XMacro or Fuse grip modules.
- Other magazines, grip modules and conversion systems. Compatibility is not guaranteed.
